Share your leadership style An entrepreneurial leader needs to remain flexible and modify their style to suit changing circumstances. They start as a visionary leader, providing a clear vision getting everyone to understand the focus for the business and to work together towards common goals. They may modify their leadership style as the organization cycles through periods of rapid change that need transformational leadership followed by consolidation, which needs transactional leadership. Based on the Greek mythology culture and structures presented in our reading, my leadership style would be Zeus. Zeus is a visionary leader, independent, persuasive, builder of relationships, and excited by the challenges of uncertainty. Instead of staying with Zeus culture, I will adapt Athena task culture where the problem is the task and individuals are judged on how well they undertake the task with talent and creativity being valued.
