According to her peroration, fixed mindset means judging oneself of incapable of tackling difficult task instead of thriving hard for a better outcome after failing. When I was in senior secondary school(grade 10), we were a class of 29 student and in that class, most student always come out in flying colors while most find it difficult to meet up with school work. There was this sit mate of mine her name was Rita. Rita would not always turn her weekend project in and hoping that by the end of the semester, she would turn them in but, unfortunately, she was depriving herself to delinquency. By the end of the term, she had to retake the class while the rest of us got promoted into the next class (grade 11). Rita having the mindset of late weekend project cost her greatly. 2.According to Carol Dwack, growth mindset means engaging profoundly and learning from your own miscue. When Rita had to retake a class, she then took her studies resolutely. Since she was my friend back in grade 10, she would always tell me what she was unto. Rita excels in her grades and she was promoted to a higher grade. The result of Rita’s growth was tremendously satisfying.3.
