Make an operational improvement (or suggestion for improvement) for a manufacturing or office environement. Youwill analyze the current process, identify problems or areas worthy ofimprovement, make suggestions to the Director/supervisor/boss of yourdepartment, and, where possible, begin improvements and measure change.
